Welcome to Hair Repair Club Dubai. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
Hair Repair Club Dubai offers professional hair repair and replacement services. All services provided are intended to enhance your appearance and confidence, with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
2. Client Responsibilities
• Condition of Hair Piece: Once the hair system is fitted and you leave the salon, responsibility for the maintenance and care of the hair piece rests with the client. We advise following the care instructions provided to maintain the longevity of your hair system.
• Aftercare: Clients are responsible for ensuring proper aftercare as outlined by our team. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to the hair system.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Any necessary adjustments or repairs to the hair system after leaving the salon are the responsibility of the client. Regular upkeep is recommended for optimal performance of the hair system.
3. Colour, Lifting & Fading
• Colour Changes: While we strive for the best color match and longevity, please note that lifting or fading of the color on your hair system may occur over time. This can be influenced by exposure to environmental factors such as sunlight, pollution, and hair care products.
• Acknowledgment of Fading: By accepting services from Hair Repair Club Dubai, you acknowledge that colour fading or lightening may naturally occur, and we are not responsible for any such changes after installation.
4. Exclusivity & Privacy
• Client Privacy: We value your privacy and ask that you refrain from sharing the salon address or location with others. We maintain a strict, exclusive, and private environment to ensure that your experience remains personal and secure.
• Appointments: All appointments are by reservation only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduled appointments or additional charges.
5. Payments and Cancellations
• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, which will be provided during the booking process.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
6. Health and Safety
• Allergies or Sensitivities: Clients should inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to their appointment. This includes but is not limited to, sensitivities to adhesives, materials, or hair products.
• Health Conditions: It is the client’s responsibility to inform Hair Repair Club Dubai of any health conditions or concerns that may affect the services we provide.
7. Liability
• Limitation of Liability: Hair Repair Club Dubai is not liable for any damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from the misuse, improper care, or lack of maintenance of the hair system after it has been delivered to the client.
• Damage to the Hair Piece: Hair Repair Club Dubai is not responsible for any damage to the hair piece caused by external factors, such as water, extreme heat, or chemicals.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hair Repair Club Dubai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately upon posting.
9. Consent and Agreement
By booking a service with Hair Repair Club Dubai, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
